Single-unit fast food restaurants, under the right conditions, are multi-million dollar enterprises. Each unit is capable of grossing in excess of $1.5 million, and in the right locations, can easily do three times that.
There has, to my knowledge, been only one book written specifically for these enterprises. I have been unable to locate a single website for fast food managers written by fast food managers. With all of the money at stake, and given that these places are normally managed by 18-year old first time managers, I’m completely puzzled by the lack of information on how to better your management style as it specifically applies to a fast food enterprise.
That is why I founded this website.
